I believe that it was Zenger's right to publish his newspaper about the governor. It was his true opinion and Zenger should be applauded for bringing the light to the governor's true colors. I believe all that Zenger did was exercise his rights. His rights of freedom of speech of course. Society today has really been influenced by Zenger's fight for freedom of speech and to this day, that is one right that all Americans practice.

  1. I definately agree with you.
    Zenger and everyone else even today should have the right to write whatever it is they want. Freedom of speech is crucial and if that was how Peter Zenger honestly felt, then so be it.
